Hallo,
ifup and ifdown down only run scripts in /etc/network/if-pre-up.d etc. if they
have no extension. Thats why the wpa-supplicant.sh script doesn't run.
Renaming it to wpa-supplicant (and fixing the link in
/etc/network/if-post-down.d) fixes this.
In addition the link in /etc/network/if-down.d should be removed.
