           Summary: Timezone issues
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: ARM
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Distributions
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
         QAContact: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I am at UTC+6, using gpe on OpenZaurus 3.5.4. When I set my clock to 12:00
using the "set time" option of the taskbar clock, the time gets set to 18:00.
If I then try setting it to 6:00, it stays at 18:00. Setting the time using
the date command works, so that date displays the correct time, but the clock
still doesn't. Restarting the clock (removing it from the panel and adding it
again) resets the time so date is wrong again. I assume this is
timezone-related since I'm getting a time 6 hours off (initially, at least).
