There was bootchart .bb in teh tree, but it's pretty bare and expects
(apparently patched) scripts to be in package's dir, and those are nor even in
the tree.
This is revamp of the bb, pulling official tarball, and patching it with
setting which make it more seamless and easier to use with OE-based
distribution.
