emacs-x11 req full libx11 which cannot be auto choosen in .oz354x as there
is PREFERRED_PROVIDER_x11 = 'diet-x11' so we cannot choose 'full-x11' for
emacs-x11. Dropping it with this changeset was wrong but it was in queue
of things to drop anyway.
Building 'full-x11' would generate libx11 package which would replace
version from 'diet-x11' if I would add it into upgrades feed. I can
create 'contrib' feed for that kind of stuff.

Poodle can use 2.4 or 2.6 kernel - both need different tslib config. This
changeset made it works OK with one tslib package.
