Not a problem. For the build version what is most important is whether or not you are using the customized Dell version of Ubuntu (which you already noted). Environment is the machine you are using, include the bios version and any other information about your physical machine you think is relevant. The rest of the template is pretty straight forward, describe the problem you are seeing, tell how someone else might be able to do it on their machine, say what you think should happen and then contrast that with what actually happened. Basically the more information everyone has about the bug the easier it is for people to target the problem and fix it.
