Bug description:
There should be a test that exercises LCD panels to determine whether there are
any dead pixels. This test is designed to be used at a factory, though it might
be of interested to end users too.
I think that the interesting cases here are at least (all in fullscreen mode):
All red
All green
All blue
All white
All black
