For the ASL2 header: all files should have them, ie you should be able to look at any .properties file; if you run into any that don't have a header please let us know; you can also find the standard headers for the project in the APACHE2_HEADER file. For crmsfa and financials modules: those are owned by Open Source Strategies and I think they use the opentaps issue tracker on SourceForge for those. Si Chen could answer better (you can contact him pretty easily through the OFBiz mailing lists, or the opentaps stuff.
