Hi Before I go through the steps to verify, troubleshoot and document a strange behavior we're seeing in the latest svn, I thought I'd mention here first in the case it's easy to fix.
Receiving a paypal payment manually seems to be causing the order status to jump from created to completed, skipping the approved step where we would normally leave it until the package is shipped.
