Sorry I forgot a question I have, I have read here https://secure.ogone.com/ncol/card_verification_code1.htm#Switch that issue number *or* start date is mandatory but here http://www.google.com/apis/adwords/developer/CreditCard.html#issueNumber they say it's issue number *and* start date (and there is no definition for issue number, 1 to 12 for Ogone). Google seems more uptodate but I prefered Ogone information ;o) Anybody has information about that ?
