Production Run - in the SVN implementation, it is not possible to reserve the
components needed by a production run (when needed, the components are taken
from warehouse, without reservation); also, it is not possible to perform
partial issuances (if I need 100 pieces of component X, now I cannot get from
warehouse 80 pieces and then, at a later time, 20 pieces).
It would be nice to implement these features.
