- For Survey: add the following:
oSurvey Category: classifying the surveys under categories.
oSurvey Owner: the user who creates the survey and only him can edit the
survey's information, questions, and roles.
oThru date: to expire the survey and prevent people from taking it.
oSurvey Image: an image that will be displayed in "Take Survey" page.
- For questions' types: add the following types:
oRadio button.
oTable: where the survey's administrator can define the table headers, and when
taking the survey, the user can add as much answers as he/she wants (ex. How
many children you have?? With their basic information).
- For "Selected Option" question, always add the option "Other", and when the
user selects it, a new field should be filled for description.
- Add new link "View My Responses", so every user can view the response(s) that
he/she already submitted.
- Modify the "Take Survey" page, so it looks much better.
