Incorrect lookup pagination of workeffort

This is somewhat funny bug. It appears if you take a workeffort and try to add
a child existing workeffort. In the Lookup window if the list of workefforts is
paginated, Next link points to lookup of persons not workefforts.
Probably the same issue should be in all places which use workeffort lookup
with pagination.
Solution is trivial.
