While testing the new new TS I've noticed that now all the remaining
JPublish pages are broken (you can test it visiting many of the Content
pages or the Shark component); my guess is that this is due to to 467304
(OFBIZ-401)... Jacques, Adam did you test these pages with your patch
in? If they were, we should look for the problem in another place.

get sufficient votes by the end of the week, and then if all goes well

Please note that these release files are on the server in my office
because people.apache.org has been having problems for a few days and
was evidently planned to be restored by this morning, but I guess they
ran into some delays.
