Wrong classpath in Eclipse (.classpath file)

After updated Xerces to version 2.8.1 the actual classpath file for Eclipse is
no more correct because it still use the old jar file of Xerces.
I have also add the framework/base/config to the classpath.
This is a very simple a small patch.
