I haven't had much time to work on it lately but hope to get back into
shortly. I have been working on reformatting the documentation rather
than just a straight copy/paste, but it is quite slow going, I would
appreciate some feedback as to whether what I have done is useful as I
would hate to do more only to find it isn't suitable.
