Deactivation of fixed asset

Currently it is not possible to deactivate (or delete) Fixed Asset. There might
be a reason for this due to sale or write-off of the fixed asset.
I think there should be a field "Date deactivated", and a checkbox on
FixedAssets screen enabling showing/not-showing of deactivated fixed assets
(those whose Date deactivated < today).
