Hey Jacopo,
Yesterday you have removed the cal.gif and fieldlookup2.gif from the content
component.
And those files was in use by HtmlFormRederer.java file.That's why all the
lookup and calender was not displaying at all.
(This images are removed in the rev : 471387)
I am attaching the screenshot of the missing image of fieldlookup2.gif and
cal.gif.
And I am also attaching the patch for it.
