I will not probably work on this task during the next few weeks, but I think
that it is good to have a reminder about this (maybe others could work on this
too): the Invoice PDF report should be refactored to share the common XSL-FO
template used by the other PDF reports.
Here are the details:

An example of an already converted report is the "Order Confirm" PDF report:
