<date-time> and <date-find> improvement

I propose these improvements:
1. <date-find type="date"/> should be improved to act as a real date format
(YYYY-MM-DD) and not as a timestamp
2. <date-find type="time"/> and <date-time type="time"/> should be improved to
act as a real time format (HH:MM:SS) and not as a timestamp
3. <date-find> and <date-time> should have format indicated as a localized
comment. I propose to put a title on input zone and on Calendar icon when
displayed
