Ray,
you are completely right and it's totally my fault: I did not apply your
last patch and I did all the mods manually... and in the process I tried
to clean up a bit some of the templates... but evidently I did not do a
great job :-(
In rev 479529 all the issues you have pointed out should be resolved.

commit as well! For example CuttingListReport.fo.ftl has moved the
opening escape tag, but the patch I sent only has the end tag in as an
addition? The majority of the changes in the commit look OK but a quick
scan through this email and you can see the ones that have moved the
opening escape tag inside <fo:root... where as the end tag is outside
the root closing tag.
Also PRunsProductsStacks.fo.ftl has changed a few special characters
like degrees symbols.
Sorry this is being a pain and taking more effort than should be
required for a simple patch, but I'm not sure what is happening. The
patches I sent look OK when I read them in a text editor. Anything else
I can do to stop this or is it just a a few gremins with netbeans and
work you might also be doing?

PS: Sorry don't have another patch for the latest version as I've a few
conflicts to resolve and am fast running out of Sunday working allowance :-)
