I was getting null errors when the postal code was empty so I just
took the precaution of ?if_exists after all the fields.
I didn't see the error you mentioned and don't think my commit would
have done anything either way for it.

managed to enter a credit card without specifying an address. Of

this lead to other errors later in the checkout process. In trying to
updating the credit card address, I noticed the billing address was
listed but not selected, and no new address button was available.
