simple-method has no "default-message" tag

Many services has no default-message. In this situation, diplays standart
service message (The action was performed successfully).
For example updateContactMech service in ContactMechServices.xml, When a user
has changed an email address then submit, displays "Contact Mechanism
successfully updated". But when a user submit without any change, displays "The
action was performed successfully".
Because, when changed email address, calling (with call-service tag) the
createContactMech service with default-message tag.
My opinion, simple-method has optional default-message tag.
Any thoughts?
