I can't seem to comment while attaching a file anymore... is anyone

The attached file adds support to form widgets of type='list', could someone
please take a look and make sure I'm on track before I take care of the rest of
the form types?

The summary says it all, I also wanted to add support for
default-title-area-style but I'm not sure what its purpose is.
