Try by adding the following two handlers in your controller.xml:
<handler name="jasperreportspdf" type="view"
class="org.ofbiz.webapp.view.JasperReportsPdfViewHandler"/>
<handler name="jasperreportsxml" type="view"
class="org.ofbiz.webapp.view.JasperReportsXmlViewHandler"/>
