While trying to deploy OfBiz applications on WLS, I am getting the following

I checked on BEA website and the solution is mentioned as follows:
BEA-101163 Error: Could not load user defined listener: s
Description Could not load user defined listener: s.
Cause The listener class could not be loaded or instantiated.
Action Please check the exception for the exact error message and fix the
listener code.
Anybody has got any idea how to fix this?
