Phani, It looks like you are dealing with one of those awkward situations that makes being the tech guy in a company so much (fun).
I have never seen anything explaining why what you are trying to achieve is not possible in any more detail than Chris has already given you. Perhaps the best approach is to find a load of examples of sites that have a PayPal integration and show these in action.
