The best stuff available right now, and that completely covers them,
are the training videos from Undersun.

These cover a fair amount about the form widget and other OFBiz
framework tools, and most importantly how they all fit together.
The complete coverage ones are available from the Undersun Store and
there is a link to it on the page referenced above.
