Could you step back and describe what you're trying to do, and in
what way the outcome is different from what you expected?
If you are looking for a display of promotion information, then there
is a promotion listing page and for each promo a detail page as well.
You can get to the listing page from various links, including one by
the short list of promos on the cart page. Each promo shows the
products associated with it, but there is nothing that shows all
products on all promos (you could create that easily, just beware of
oversimplifying the information you present...).
