Dear Emmanuel, I compared each of the dependencies of WP-MIRROR 0.4 against recent Ubuntu releases:
Ubuntu 12.04 Precise - has most dependencies, but not MediaWiki 1.19. Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal - has all of the dependencies. Please try (or have a friend try) to install WP-MIRROR on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal.
