It's been hard to find links just like that. Resources you might expect to
often don't offer instructions for offline use or licence clarity. I figure
it's about time to try and gather information and interested parties a bit;
coordinate efforts to hunt out new resources / make enquiries. And I
happened to be curious to play with the new Drupal Commons...

Have a look at <https://internetoffline.org/>. Was going to do a bit more
before putting it up, but you gave a good segue and release early, release
often!

What do you think? Is this too niche for a hub?
