Well there are the Kiwix Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/KiwixOffline/> and 
Twitter <https://twitter.com/KiwixOffline> accounts (KiwixOffline in both 
cases).
A good follow up question would be: what would the Offline UG’s message be ?
