There's a $10K + cottage industry here if someone wants to take it on. There are no technical or logistical problems; the Canadian team manages it easily. We just need someone in the US to handle US distribution. Assembly consists in snapping 3 things together and inserting an sdcard. The sdcards must be duplicated, but there is a device to do it. Then there are periodic trips to the post office.
