FYI, I can reproduce the bug quite reliably by forcing an error on Dovecot
server side (for instance by changing the permission of a mail in the Maildir
storage of the server). This force an error on the server side to a query of
offline imap, and this makes it fail with the same messages than above.
So it seems that the cleanup code after an exception is bugged and try to
remove twice the same connection.
