As reported by --info, they do exist on the server. That's why they are
created locally by the sync.

You must delete the folders locally and on remote before doing a sync.
The --info CLI option will help you to know the folders before syncing.

It's possible that "Deleted Items" is a trash recovery system. If so,
make sure you empty the trash.
