Well, the time on the server is right, as is the time zone, so it could be
anywhere between you and the server....?

I just had a look at a header or 2, and the DUG server appears to say
"-1200", not the generally accepted +1300 (NZDT). I'll investigate
further....
Doesn't explain some of them tho....
