The best program for Win32 I've seen that does this is Second Copy 97
which can be downloaded from http://www.centered.com. The program is
commercial and has a demo trial (which can be bypassed using the usual
web-search <G>). The only thing Second Copy doesn't support which I
would LOVE to do is also use FTP and/or WebDAV for mirroring as that
would make it immediately PERFECT and I would shell the $$$ for it
instantly :P
