This is another way off topic message, I have tried the NT News group but
got no response.
The problem is that NT keeps defaulting to US settings for all our
workstations when a new user logs on.
This problem is very annoying because we don't give a lot of our users
access to the control panel. This means, to correct the problem (e.g. dates
are in the wrong format), we must log the user off, give them access to the
control panel, log them back on (i.e.. the setting is user specific), change
the regional settings, log them off, remove the control panel access, log
them back on again. This must be done for every new user on the workstation.
The Regional Settings control panel page has a 'Set as System Default
locale' option but this appears to have no effect.
Has anyone else had the same problem, and maybe a solution.
