Metadata database records and maintains the location, so not a problem in
this respect. The advantage of adding some fields from the metadata
database is that the photo catalog tool with the camera is a very useful
utility when you have a CD load of images. I want to be able to use that
as well the metadata catalog, while only doing the data entry once.

It has to been done same way as the image catalog is. I wondered if this
was a standard extension of the jpg format. (Does jpg define a way for this
to be done?)
