Hello Alistair,
the last 2 weeks I have had a few problems with Xtra, slow downloads etc.
One day last week I had to wait 3-4 hours to log-on, and sometimes
while I have been connected Xtra just seems to stop working.
So I wait a while and then re-connect.
They could be working on the system or they are
probably just overloaded again.
