I've had this on a couple of machines.

In both cases it was a video card issue, specifically a Diamond Viper 330.
The solution was to get the latest drivers AND a bios upgrade from, afaik
www.diamondmm.com.

Subject: [DUG-OFFTOPIC]: Delphi 4 service packs and more

I am sorry for annoying the public here with my questions about setting up
Delphi 4. Most of you have already gone through this. But I am stuck at the
moment.

After initial installation of Delphi4 I noticed that components icons on
components palette are mixed up. For instance TMenu is displayed with the
icon of SpinEdit.

Though I was not sure which service packs I should apply, I have anyway
applied service packs 2 and 3 hoping it will fix the problem, it did not.

Can anybody tell me what is wrong ?

Thank you very much.
Alex
