Looking at a newly installed Delphi4 I find that, while navigating through
Delphi help, help Window sometimes disappears from the foreground and goes
behind IDE.
Also, initially Delphi4 could not find help files and I had to guide it to
its own help directory.
Are these simptoms OK, or I should try to reinstall the whole thing ?
