No, I think it is 2035. The timebomb I see is the use of "unix time" - time
stored as seconds from 1/1/70 in a 4 byte integer. I certainly know of
systems with this problem and basically figure "well I'll be retired" and
"the system won't still be running then". Guess that is how Y2K came to be
an issue.
