This is for internet gurus with MS FronPage 98 experience. For non-existing people, I guess. Anyway, if anyone is out there then please read on. Others please ignore.

It used to work before and now it does not.

We have a simple network of 95,98 and NT machines. WinProxy runs on NT box.
Internet connection is OK. FTP connection to our web site via FTP Explorer from my NT workstation is OK.
The problem is with MS Front Page running on my NT workstation. Every time I try either to publish to or open our WEB such as www.almsystems.com for example, I get this

It works at my home PC with NT workstation, same ISP, same MS Front Page etc. It does not work in the office. And it used to.
Since then I swapped my PC (took it home and got new one for the office), we added some more PCs on the network, I got IE5 on my machine and NT SP5 as well. Therefore I thought it might be my PC, but then I installed it on older 95 machine (with IE3) in the office. It fails in exactly the same way.

By the way Winproxy runs on NT box without any service packs ever applied (original NT setup).

When I,say, want to open Front Page WEB from within MS Front Page, I type in www.retasoft.com, click List Webs and after a while I get <root web> displayed. Speed of appearance depends on if WinProxy is connected or has to dial. This makes me think that there is some sort of connection established. However when I click OK it displyes "Opening Root ..." and then times out with the message above.

I have tried different setups for Winproxy and my PC nothing helps. I spoke to our WEB hosting Co, our ISP. They all say everything is OK at their end.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Thanks
Alex
