HTML Help is far nicer than WinHelp. I use RoboHelp HTML Edition. I have
found it excellent in most regards. Importing old Win Help projects is easy.
It is very stable (hardly ever crashes) and I have never had a corrupted
help project. I have also found them responsive to my infrequent support
