or hire a dba that will cop the flack and let you keep your sanity in the
realms of reality,
and you can sleep while the dba sorts the preformance issues, crashes and
all the other fantastic features of ms software. (ps when you are
interviewing dba make sure you sort then into order so when the first dba
crashes go can goto the second on the list)
