Ouch - good luck to you - the ISP game is massivly cut throat....

I'd say your best bet is to run it thru an existing ISP, eg get a 128K
ISDN like from IHUG, Xtra or Clear and run it down that - DDS may be
better, but I dont think they care much where you are, that have POP's
at almost all exchanges anyway.....
