I have pulled down the free JBuilder 3.0 files from the US site and placed the files in ftp://ftp.delphi.org.nz/JBuilder30 for fast local access. Our poor dual channel ISDN was maxed out placing the files there, so everyone should have easy and rapid access over the local net links. You'll still have to go to the Borland web site to get your free registration code and serial number to complete the install.
