Go to Explorer, Folder Options, File Types
Select Folder & click edit.
Here you can change the default action for the folder type so that it
launches explorer everytime.

In the registry it looks like this:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell]
@="explore"

I have attached an export from my registry for Folder in case you want to
compare and see whats been stuffed.

I'll check tomorrow when I get to the office, but it does it for -any-
directory, as soon as you click on a file/directory in the listing, its ok
untill you click of something...  I just think it's time to reinstall my
box again :P
