If you just want to draw UML diagrams it's okay, but it's not in the same
league as case tools
eg Code Generation from UML diagram, Reverse Enginering/Roundtrip
engineering, direct execution of UML model.
Then again, it depends what you want out of your tool ... (and your project
size).
