It is nice. Comes in two flavours - Basic and Enterprise.

The basic model comes with version control, change request tracking, and
topics (bit like internal nntp). Also comes with a web server, cgi.exe and
IIASPI.dll for opening up to web. Has good Windows client (licensed per
seat), a reasonable command line version for our command line compile stuff,
and an average web interface. Enterprise adds tasks incl integration with
MS Project, and a "plug-in" so Windows Explorer becomes your client - you
see the repository like a mapped drive. They have Delphi integration.

Out of the box you can setup on an Access DB, but also supports Sybase, MS
SQL, Informix, Oracle. Starbase also do a few products to support web
development, but we haven't looked at those yet as StarTeam does enough for
us.

Evaluation is available.
